Empowering the Next Generation of Innovators: A Deep Dive into Creativity and Problem-Solving
At the Global Institute of Technology and Management (GITM), we recognize that the modern professional landscape demands more than just technical proficiency; it requires a mindset capable of navigating complexity with creative flair. To foster this spirit, we recently collaborated with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) to host an illuminating expert talk titled “Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills for Entrepreneurs and Management People.” Led by Ms. Namrata Deswal, the visionary owner of Hemming Bee, the session served as a masterclass in entrepreneurial resilience. Ms. Deswal engaged our students in a profound dialogue about the “why” behind innovation, teaching them how to deconstruct multifaceted problems and reassemble them into viable business opportunities. By bridging the gap between classroom theory and the gritty reality of running a business, this event empowered our management and technology students to view obstacles not as dead ends, but as the essential raw material for creative breakthroughs.
