The world of computer technology has become overwhelmingly pervasive today. All aspects of our daily life are impacted by tools and technologies developed by Computer Scientists and Engineers. Department of Computer Science & Engineering has earned the reputation of being the most distinctive Department in this campus offering a gamut of highly technology-oriented programme deftly designed and delivered to the aspirants. Department strives to increase knowledge, critical thinking and ability in each and every student who has been part of this department to apply knowledge for betterment of the society.

With highly qualified faculty members, experienced staff, well-equipped laboratories and continuous interaction with students, the department enables students to learn above and beyond their prescribed syllabus. The ultimate objective for each teaching staff is to guide students to develop both theoretical and practical knowledge and position them to become enterprising engineers in coming years.

CSE department envisions to provide a modern, industry-oriented education in applied computer science. It aims at producing trained professionals who can successfully meet the demands of the software industry.

As Head of the Department I believe that my faculty members are working with a tremendous team-spirit to create the best technocrats for the industry and accept the challenges in the global world.
